Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data, sermons, illustrations, and congregation member information you input into the system. Pastorfy claims no ownership over your intellectual property.

Our Platform: The platform, its original content, features, algorithms, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pastorfy and its licensors.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors or any individual.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Pastorfy, a Pastorfy employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pastorfy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
